How do you know that a country is not progressing? Its when a country's advertisement entries to TV stations only show it's natural and cultural landmarks and hides its stinking and unregulated urban places. Then when tourists are sadly deceived by the ad, they end up being disappointed and full of regrets for going once they leave, or much worst, being kidnapped by cold blooded hungry criminals.
So the next time you see an advertisement of a country that doesn't show even a single or two modern tourist landmark, that is an indication that the country is, in reality, one of those "Gates of Hell".
